TRI9 10/15/20 SF is our intermediate solution for tri-band antennas using separate feeds. Each band features three elements with the reflector, driver and director configuration. TRI9 10/15/20 SF is perfect for a growing contest station. In fact, the solution of separate feeds gives this antenna great versatility. It can be used simultaneously by three different operators as if they were three separate monoband antennas (use of BPF is necessary to protect your equipment). As a result, the space occupied on the towers is significantly optimized!
The advantages of this solution are:
1. Decreased number of installed antennas
2. Reduction of the surface exposed to the wind
3. Elimination of a DIPLEXER or TRIPLEXER – less complicated station
4. Easy to setup multi-antenna/multiband stacking if desired

**The Momobeam RF Choke (standard product offering, rated at 3 KW) is made from high quality Teflon dielectric, double shielded, low loss coaxial cable with properly selected ferrite material that is sleeved over the cable that together, create a high impedance path for RF, providing high isolation between the antenna and coaxial feedline.

An SO-239 female connector is included for convenient attachment to the customer feedline and its PL-259 Male connector.

The 5 KW and 10 KW rated RF chokes (optional purchase) are made from the same materials except the coaxial cable is 10 mm diameter.

The 10KW version uses a 7/16 DIN style connector.
