Momobeam – Saddle Clamps for Antenna Installations

Momobeam Saddle Clamps are engineered to provide a strong, secure and reliable fastening solution for antenna installations and other applications requiring the firm attachment of tubes and mounting supports.

The clamps are manufactured from 3 mm thick stainless steel, providing excellent mechanical strength together with high resistance to corrosion, making them suitable for outdoor use. The shaped contact surface is designed to maximize grip on the mounted component, helping to minimize movement, slipping and loosening over time.

The fastening system features an M10 stainless steel U-bolt, manufactured from threaded stainless steel rod. Each U-bolt is supplied with stainless steel flat washers and self-locking nuts, providing a practical and secure assembly.

The U-bolt length allows installation on plates with a maximum thickness of 10 mm, making the clamp suitable for a wide range of mounting configurations.

Important

Before assembly, it is strongly recommended to apply a suitable anti-seize lubricant to the stainless steel threads. This is particularly important when working with stainless steel hardware and helps prevent thread galling during tightening, while also making future disassembly easier.
